If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to provide a straightforward and transparent process for returns and refunds. 1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your new furniture, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be assembled, altered, or damaged.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Custom or personalized items, sale items, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If the conditions for a return are met, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Call us at (607) 687-8115. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Photographs of the item(s) (if applicable) to help us assess the condition.
  2. Approval and Return Instructions: After reviewing your return request, we will send you return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). You must include this number with the return shipment to ensure your return is processed quickly.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring that the item is properly packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under our policy, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., furniture with personalized features, custom colors, etc.).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed in the following manner:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Please note that shipping fees and any installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Only the cost of the items being returned will be refunded.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the return process outlined above, but also include photographs of the damage or defect in your return request. In this case, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Activerapic will cover the return shipping fees for damaged or defective items.

To expedite the process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, you may return the original item under our standard return policy and place a new order for the item of your choice. Please note that the original item must meet the return eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange.

7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply to certain items upon return, especially for large or bulky furniture pieces. This fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified in advance if a restocking fee applies to your return.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will make every effort to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process if you no longer wish to keep the items.

9. Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy

Activerapic reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if:

  • The return request is made outside the 30-day window.
  • The item is used, altered, or damaged (other than defects or shipping damage).
  • The item is non-returnable under our policy.

In such cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit, at our discretion.
